Terms of staying with us

1. Unique Experience:
   We offer a distinct, immersive experience in a forested area, unlike typical city accommodations.
2. Service Hours:
   We don't provide 24/7 services like 5-star hotels. Food service is unavailable from 11 PM to 8 AM.
3. Pool Conditions:
   Our outdoor pool may have occasional leaves, insects, or small animals, but it is equipped with a reliable filtration system.
4. Limited Connectivity:
   Wi-Fi connectivity may be interrupted due to our remote location. Embrace the chance to disconnect and enjoy nature.
5. Electricity Fluctuations:
   We experience occasional electricity fluctuations, but have generators to minimize inconveniences.
6. Wildlife Presence:
   As we are situated in a natural environment, you may encounter insects, reptiles, or other pests. We ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
7. Access Road:
   Our property is accessible via a forest road, which may be adventurous. Prepare for a unique approach.
8. Booking Policy:
   A minimum advance payment of 60% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
9. Cancellation Policy - 60% Advance Payment:
   Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. 75% of the advance amount paid will be deducted as cancellation charges. The remaining refundable amount will be processed within 4 working days.
10. Cancellation Policy - Full Payment:
    For bookings paid in full, cancellation requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the check-in date. 20% of the total booking amount will be deducted as cancellation charges. The remaining refundable amount will be processed within 4 working days.
11. Security Deposit:
    A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of check-out, subject to a property inspection. Refunds will be processed only if there is no damage, loss, excessive cleaning requirement, or violation of property rules. Any costs incurred due to damage, repairs, replacements, additional cleaning, or policy violations will be deducted from the security deposit.
12. Check-in & Check-out Policy:
    Check-in: 2:00 PM
    Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Guests are requested to adhere strictly to the check-in and check-out timings. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, prior approval, and applicable charges. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges, including up to one night's tariff.
13. Guest Identification:
    A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
14. Pet Policy:
    Pets are welcome only with prior approval from the management. An additional charge of ₹3,000 per pet per stay applies. Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage, disturbances, or additional cleaning caused by their pets. Any pet-related damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Pets must not be left unattended anywhere on the property.
15. No-Show & Early Departure:
    No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early departures, or cancellations made after the applicable notice period.
16. Property Damage:
    Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, fixtures, appliances, or amenities during their stay.
17. Misconduct & Policy Violations:
    Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund in cases of misconduct, illegal activities, excessive noise, or violation of property policies.
18. Acceptance of Terms:
    By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to all the above terms and conditions.
